Hello,

My name is Aidan and I am interested in investing in real estate in the Milwaukee area. I researched different strategies for creating passive income and would like to learn more from some more experienced investors. I currently live in downtown Milwaukee and am looking to invest in Milwaukee but am open to other surrounding areas as well. I have a pre approval letter for $250,000 and am motivated to get started. If you are able to offer some of your time to speak with me I would appreciate it.
