Greetings all, I am Aja a newbie to the real estate realm and am excited to learn more about the homeowner process. My goal is to own my first rental property before March which is my 31st birthday! I am excited to share I am going to a first time homeowners forum in Washington DC on Jan 25th. My goal is own several rental properties and have multiple streams of income. Any advice on best practices are welcome and I am excited to share this journey with the BiggerPockets community!
