Hi Rick, I have found value investing in Cleveland, OH because it is home to Cleveland Clinic, lot of good neighborhoods, landlord friendly laws, stable appreciation and good cash flowing properties. There are also abundant opportunities for small multi family and SFH. I have been able to scale up to 12 doors in 2 years so definitely recommend this area. You can always assist experienced realtors with showings and any admin stuff that they need help with. There are a lot of property managements that need help with leasing and admin stuff so that is also an option. You can also help out networking groups with admin and add value. There are a lot of unorganized roles in real estate that investors are looking help with so the more connections you make, it will help you. Good luck!
