Hello @Crystal Smith, I just finished Real Estate Agent Training with Keller Williams of Flagship. I am scheduled to take the National and State exam in June. I am looking for a team as well near Fort Meade MD, if you would like to join forces please inbox me. In addition, went to Maryland State Department and did the paperwork for my LLC. Got my Employer Identification number today it is all coming together. I wish you good luck with finding a great team.

I am Akiesha Foster. I am new to the real estate investing community. I am currently attending Real Estate Training to be an Agent. My goal is to work for Keller Williams Flagship of Maryland.

I decided it was best for me to leave full-time Military Service and go part-time. I am in the US Army Reserve, as a Contract specialist.

I have always desired to be a full-time Entrepreneur, so I choose to go Part-time to the Reserves. Choosing to be a real estate investor was one of the best decision for my family and I. 

I hope to build successful partnerships in the Bigger Pockets community. I am so glad I found this site. I went to one of those seminars where the get you in there and sell you all kinds of coaching programs for enormous amounts of money. But I didn't give up I kept looking and found on Youtube Affordable Real Estate Investing by Lisa Phillips and I love her channel. She lead me here to Bigger Pockets, for which I am forever grateful.
