I’m curious...Did you just jump in to Real Estate Investing first and then learn the game or take the route of learning then investing?

I read Brandon’s guide of 7yrs to Wealth and thought his strategy of investing in Year 1 and then taking Y2 to learn very interesting.

Considering the approach as a newbie.

What would you say to a RE Newbie seeking to invest in the USA because the market is hard locally (The Bahamas).

Do opportunities exist for international investors to build a portfolio in the USA or other markets?
