Hello community

As a Real Estate agent I am searching for a Real Estate Co. that works with RE investors. I would like to be part of their team as I am trying to become an investor myself. Does anyone have any advise?

Thats realy helpful, thanks for all the info. it's been very helpful. Almost done reading a book about flipping and lisening to many diferent podcasts about investments. I think I need to get my feet wet soon, I will be going to an investor meeting in my area that I found in BP to know more investors and see what happens from there. I will keep in touch, Thank you!

Yes I have and I am getting to know some investors in my area thanks to BP. Some are metting every 2 weeks so hopefuly I will go to the next one. I dont believe much in competition I believe in opportunity and thats why I think meeting others investors is so important.

Yes it is! most of Palm Bay is a mix of old and new houses next to each other .  I am geting close to make my move and do my first flip, just want to get the right deal. I am still reading and learning and I am not in the position of making big mistakes. Thank you!

Hello! I am a Real Estate Agent from Palm Bay, Florida. I am learning as much as I can to make a move to the investor side. Yesterday I was talking to a friend who wants to do the same and also said that he wants to become a real estate agent so that he can flip houses as well. I asked him what he meant, and he said that he heard from someone in the business who told him that if you don't have a license you are only allow to only flip a house per year. In my 3 months of reading, researching and learning about investments i haven't heard anything like that. So please someone tell me if this is true unless is a Florida law that I am not aware. Thanks!

I agree! I am waiting on Prisilla to join that list. I send her a request last week. Those the CRFI in Meritt Island have a web site? I only found  an investor asso. in Orlando. I want to farm the Palm Bay area. I know is lest attractive compare to the big houses you can find in Melbourne, but is been my home for 12 years and there is a mix of old and new properties and a big demand on rentals. My goal is to buy distress houses, fixing and rent them for passive income and equity. I apologize if I miss spell any word here, I speak very good English, but my spelling well thats another story.
