Hello. I was wondering if anyone had some guidance on how I can figure out if the city of Morgantown, WV requires short term rental permits to operate a short term rental and if it does, how to apply for one.

Hi BP. I come at you all today wondering if there are any wholesalers anywhere within 3 hours or so from Fairmont, West Virginia. I have been eyeing Dayton, OH but I am open to other locations. As a fellow aspiring wholesaler with the goal of making my first deal within the next month I'd be highly interested in connected with any of you. 

I see. Ok that was my understanding. Thank you. That’s not the case with a cash out refi correct? Because with a cash out refi you just have a new loan. Well as long as you pay off the old loan at least. But with that new loan after the cash out refi there’s no issue if you sell? Just making sure.

Hello everyone. I have a question about helocs that I'm having a tough time understanding/finding info on. So if you get a heloc on property A to pay for a down payment on property B and then you sell property A and the heloc isn't paid off yet what happens? Do you have to basically accept at this point that portions or all of the money you make on that sale goes to pay off the heloc? I have had a difficult time finding info specifically on this. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all.

I am in the Fairmont, West Virginia area and was wondering if anyone knew of real estate investor clubs/meetups that happen anywhere even remotely near here?
