My wife and I are new to the Orlando area and to real estate investing.  We want to start flipping houses in the Orlando area.  There seems to be a high number of foreclosures here, including the house next to mine (also a flip).  I have been reading the book on  Flipping Houses by J. Scott, exploring around the Bigger Pockets website and listening to the podcast.  We are excited and motivated to get started and have the working capital to buy our first flip, but need a little help.
