Hello,
Doing some due diligence on a 8unit property near Madison. Looking for recommendations for some local property management companies that may be able to assist. I would greatly appreciate the help. Thank you all in advance.

From some of the investors I know they recommend and are doing really well targeting travel health care workers since they typically have smaller assignments 6-10 weeks. Albuquerque is not a big vacation destination unless it’s balloon fiesta time. I’d look more into Santa Fe or northern NM.

Hey Carlos!
That’s awesome. I am not in the short term rental space in Albuquerque but I know the website AirDna can give you some averages of the stats you are looking for. Keep in mind that cleaning is typically paid by the renter on AirBNB.

Patrick,
This is awesome! I’m an Albuquerque GC learning the ropes on investing. Let me know if you ever need any help with any of your fixer uppers. I would love to pick your brain on the investing side.

Hey guys!
I have now found two properties with signs of being abandoned. I have searched the city tax records and both are delinquent for the past 1-2 years. The properties are not listed as a foreclosure. I'm interested in pursuing these potential homes. How would you guys proceed? Thank you!

Brendan,
Thank you for your response. I have been studying the BRRRR strategy these last couple of months and definitely like the benefits and the potential for increasing the velocity of my money. Do you have any recommendations for a local real estate agent with good experience and insight on the market?
Hey Guys,
This is such an awesome community. I wanted to get some direction and advice. I currently live in Albuquerque, NM. I am a licensed GC in which I have been able to grow my business very well in the last 2 years. With growth comes a lot more work and responsibility. I eventually would like to exit the construction industry and rely on my passive income as we all eventually would like. I'm looking into new construction for many personal reasons. I feel comfortable with running and managing an entire project. Any advice? Financing? Do's? Do not's? Words of encouragement? All critic and comments welcomed. This is a scary leap for me.
