Hello BP, I found an owner willing to lease his property to me, I will be using it as a STR. During the process he's asking for a back up guarantor, with good credit and viable income. I don't have anybody that I can think of. What are some ways I can take care of this ?

So I met with a potential seller, that’s willing to do seller financing, but want $50k down. Is it possible to get a mortgage for that 50k down payment and the other part with the seller separate ?
