@Ken Nyczaj Yeah, I DO think I should start "Driving for Dollars" every once and a while and making lists of addresses for broken down properties and getting in touch with those owners. I am working right now, making around $1200 a month and saving most of it. The main I think I want to find out is just, How does the deal go down? Once I/You find a deal, what are some of the things I need to prepare for. I guess that's where more researching comes into play huh?

@William Raymond Not really William, finding Professionals around my area is, like you said, something I need and want to pursue to further my education about Wholesaling. For sure. Someone who has successfully gone and done it, and knows the importants and the wrongs that come along with it.

@Omar Barazi Yes sir. I definitely will not forget about the rules thing about my state. And also find which method of finding sellers interest me the most and always try to have a Win Win Win situation, for sure.

@Marcus Robinson. Exactly, that's all understandable. I appreciate the well wishes Marcus, and likewise.

Basically just got out of High School, I'm 18. Just started learned about Real Estate a couple of months ago. Have done some research and found that I want to Flip Houses to make money. Then heard from a wise Thach Nguyen to think about Mastering how to Wholesale first, so that I can gain experience with finding good deals as well as making money and capital and relationships; then start Flipping. So I want to start Wholesaling but don't really know the first step that I should take towards that. Should I just keep watching more and more videos about it? Or should I try and find someone in person and talk to them about it and/or maybe shadow them to get better training? How and where do I find the KEY INFORMATION on the first baby step?
