Hello everyone!

I put an offer on my first SFR. After the inspection report, the HVAC needed to be looked at. Long story short, I need it replaced. That's about $7,000 if I go basic and $12,000 for energy efficient. The roof has about 5-7 years left before I need to replace that too.

I’ll cash flow $200. My question is, is it worth still buying it since I have to pay several thousands of dollars for the HVAC upfront and then roofing in a few years? I don’t think so but I wanted to get some advice on this.

Hello everyone, Has anyone out there used LendingOne rental loan to finance a residential multi family property? If so, what was your personal experience with it? Would you recommend it for a newbie like me? I'm looking into an FHA loan (I will live in it and rent the others) vs Lending One (will not live in it). Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
