Bill F. So you definitely had some challenges. As far as the numbers go, was it your ability to run them that you did not have faith in? Or just believing them once you saw them?

Hey BP, my dad just bought a vacation home out in Sherrill's Ford North Carolina about a year ago and have had. Nothing but headaches with contractors. My dad is super close to selling the place out of frustration but wants to live there in retirement. Needless to say he is very disappointed and super bummed out. I'm wondering who is reliable for contracting or if anyone knows of a contractor that is a go getter and WANTS to get things done! I've suggested to my dad already to pay for materials and not pay for time until tasks are complete so know that that will more than likely be an expectation. He is a hard working man who has built his own business in the self employed category of the cash flow quadrant and doesn't have patience for people who can't handle situations and are flakes. Please don't let me down as this is also something I am using to show him how reliable bigger pockets is so that he is more open to realestate investing as a whole. Thank you!

How did that turn out for you and how does it work to get financing in an LLC anyways? From what I understand, if you finance in your rename and transfer to an LLC you are running the risk of having to pay the full note correct? Will you be fin I have under an LLC again?
