Greetings all. Im a Noob from LA looking to take additional control of life. Im a Technology professional who improves business by implementing information systems. I currently work in corp america within the Fortune 500. 

Ive done three real estate transactions that turned out positive to help family, but not as a business. This year im taking the plunge to do this as a serious side biz until I can it full time. 

I also have a construction background, that I gained during the college years, so I can navigate around contractors and the build process.

Looking forward to meeting the community.
