Man! I hope they go live!!

It's all jokes man. I really liked Felipe, just was shocked when no explanation was given. Not that it REALLY matters but I guess as humans, we all wanna know why things are the way they are. I hope he's doing well with whatever he's doing. A few of us were just poking fun at the situation. No hard feelings towards him.

I totally second this. 💯!!
Only can refinish flooring so many times and it just seems like the smarter move unless they plan on selling. For rentals, that's what I would do. The lpv looks great also.

Awesome, I'm gonna have to check that out. I wouldn't be opposed to working with an agent if that's what it comes down to.

Ah, yes that was what I was told. One wholesale a year. I'm gonna send you a dm though. I might have some insight or value I could provide to you if you were looking for another deal in Aurora like your profile states.

Hey @Patrice Boenzi , sent you connection request!
Been looking to wholesale in Illinois but have been told by multiple people that it goes against Illinois laws.
I look forward to connecting and I am out of Aurora, IL.
Thanks!!

That is too cool. Did you have a favorite part to the flip? Part of the process that you liked most?
Also, how in depth was the flip?
And yeup! That was the episode I was thinking of!

I'd imagine Florida and Arizona would be great places for STR's too but from what I've been hearing, always good to have a few different strategies in your tool belt if the short term doesn't work out right away.
One of the episodes I listened to David mentions the traveling nurses is a great way to make up for the vacation rentals. There's a website where you can register and sometimes the nurses will book your rental for a month, sometimes up to 6 months.
