We do levered deals, and we have been able to pass along a 2.625% interest rate on our first deal. We have 81% of the property spoken for, so if interested, we have roughly 19% available in the investment with a target IRR of 25-30%. We allow for anyone to directly invest with minimums as low as $100, and the maximum amount is $20k (the full 19% remaining)!

We are in the early innings of real estate investing becoming completely democratized. 

Similar to fundrise, there are platforms that give you all the benefits of real estate, including tax benefits. 

There is no one size fits all approach, so invest across a number of the platforms and find the one that works for you. 

Other competitors are roofstock, mogul.ooo, arrived homes and more!

I personally would recommend mogul.ooo, but then again, I might be a little biased.

We are two Goldman Sachs Real Estate Investing alumni looking for investors to join our investment club. We specialize in residential properties, and offer membership at any participation level.
