Hey Andy,

I'm sorry I didn't see this post earlier. Just ran into it today while looking through the forum. It might be a little late now but I know the Cambria area very well. I was born and raised here and have lived here my entire life. Give me a call or shoot me an email if you'd like to chat. I know contractors, handyman and a lot of different people in the area because Cambria homes are so unique it would really depend on the street, location, and work that needs to be done. Anyways it might be a little late for the property you were thinking about but if you're interested in investing in this area on fix & flips or buy and hold please reach out.

I own a commercial property in California, part of the commercial property is leased to a restaurant. On Friday of last week, there was some winds in the area and a tree branch with some pinecones fell on the car and did some damage to one of the cars which was parked on the street. The tree is on my property and some of the branches hang out on to the street. Am I responsible for paying to get the car to get fixed? Is the owner of the car? Or my tenant? Thank you so much for your help!
