It is very hard to find good wholesalers.
90% of them don't know anything about ARV.
If there are any serious wholesalers please contact me. I'm looking for more deals in IL, GA, NC and TX.

In my opinion it should take 8-9 hours for a contractor with experience in tiles.
We just finished a project like this and it took 1 of my guys 8 hours to finish it. Of course: 7 hours the first day (removing the old tiles, remove substrate, remove plywood, install new plywood, new backer board, install tiles) and 1 hour the second day(to grout it and reinstall baseboard). So it's possible.
Tip for DIYers: if there's no power in the house or you don't have a heat gun, use dry ice blocks and the vinyl tiles will come off very easy.
