Well its a value ad investment, and I've seen the current rent rolls which were impressive enough. I've seen his other developments in mobile home parks, and he is quite successful

There are two mobile home parks in a portfolio that I have been offered to invest in. The potential of the parks is $115k+ a month and they usually take Investors with $100k-$500k. Everything I looked into checks out about the deal and on the low end with $100k i can make a little over $6k as a residual. What are your thoughts, is it something you would consider yourself?

Edward, I’ve had the worst experiences in El Paso from realtors to propert management. Hired and fired three. And here we are. I had one property manager that always had it rented within 3 weeks, but she put awful tenants in there last that destroyed the inside.
