I am considering house hacking my house and I wanted to know if I need a lease for each roommate? I am located in Buckeye, Arizona. Where could I find a lease appropriate for my location. Thank you.

Does zillow also provide a lease agreement? How did you get your lease? I downloaded the biggerpockets Arizona Lease Agreement but I was talking to a coworker and he told that his lease was 25 pages long, and that made me feel like I have a lot of things that I need to include.

Hi BP, I have my house in Buckeye, Arizona and I wanted to see if I could get some recommendations on property managements that could possibly get me a good tenant in there. I do not have the time to be setting up appointments or doing the paperwork to set up the lease. I would prefer to pay to have the job done properly and to avoid messing up the first time. I live in it as of right now. I am doing some minor repairs to it and hope to finish it this month. My family and I working on getting another house in the next month. I rented a storage unit and I am slowly moving things to it so that when I need to move it can be easily done. I have some cash reserved in case that it stays vacant for a few months or that I might need to fix things. If anyone can please recommend someone in Buckeye, Arizona.
