Are you successful with still having a full time job? I don’t know a lot of people so I’m having to build clientele. I’ve hit my max friends on FB and Started getting followers on IG. I’ve been posting daily. What do you do different?
@Trish Giassa Thank you! I'm working on it :)
@Brandon Vukelich, I'm actually starting my RE Classes this coming week, and have just been doing as much research as I can on different companies and what they offer. I'd like to be well prepared when that time comes to choose. Was just looking for thoughts of anyone who had experience with them. Thank you :)
Any reviews/ thoughts for starting out with eXp Realty?

Thank you @ Aaron Bihl. That helps a lot. I was thinking I wouldn't be able to focus on the online classes. So I am looking forward to going to class and meeting new people. I cant wait!

Hello Everyone! I will soon begin my Journey and start my Real Estate Courses. I will be attending the in person classes. Does anyone have any recent experience at any of the 2 schools in San Antonio, TX? Also, I'm doing my research to see which broker I should work with once I complete my test. I'm leaning towards Keller Williams due to the training of course, anyone new have recent experience with them in San Antonio or any others? Thank you everyone ! Any info will help :)

@Jonatan Barbera I had a look at the TREC purchase and sales agreement. I understand most of the top part but it is very lengthy. Is there any specific parts I do not need to worry about and just put N/A that you can think of? Like the survey and title insurance. More of paragraph 6 and below are a bit more confusing.
