Hello BP friends,
My Fiancé and I purchased an investment property August 2018. We used a hard money lender to help fund the deal. Since we both just started our careers as real estate agents, we can not use our income to get us a refinance through a conventional bank. We have been booked solid for the past 6 months through AirBnB and VRBO. The place completely pays for itself already and has been getting better and better with more and more five star reviews. We are looking for a fair private money lender to refinance $116,000 on the property. It is a complete win win deal. If for some reason we default on payments, the investor would take over a $175,000 property for 116K. Let us know if you know anyone that might be interested in this opportunity.
