Hi, long story short, the reason I'm canceling this deal is because Buyer Agent has basically told me lender isn't going approve the loan. This was after contract was acceptance and he reached out to me asking to take some info off the MLS for loan to get improved. (Buyer was responsible for repairs on this deal).

Hello Realtors, I am currently working on a listing deal where both parties have accepted a contract. However, I noticed the Buyer did not sign their earnest money check when they brought it in. I am currently working with my attorney to cancel this deal. But was wondering if anyone has encountered this and what the next step would be?
