@Kris Haskins I would be interested in seeing your joint venture doc too. I am considering partnering with my brother. I am living abroad so can't do a lot of the day to day management. It would be great to see an example of a partnership agreement that clearly delineates the rolls of the partners.

Hello,
I just joined after hearing about this site from my brother. We are both interested in learning about real-estate, but have little experience.
One of my first questions is, since I live abroad currently, can I still get loans to purchase real-estate in Kansas?
