Hello fellow Investors.
I recently bought a 2 duplexes deal in cleveland Ohio. 2 of the units are occupied with tenants with lease ending soon Less than 2 months . I self managed and I live out of state. I decided not to renew one of tenant lease , the tenant did not provide me her email for me to send the welcome package and the non renewal lease notice. I decided to do a certified mail that never get delivered. Per her previous lease I had a 60 days notice for non renewal. The tenant doesn't pick up my call nor reply to my message . Tenant didn't also pay the current lease .What can I do to get the lease and make sure the tenant moves at the end of their lease.

Hello fellow investors! As a newcomer to the investment scene in Cleveland, Ohio, I've come across a property that requires renovation and a layout overhaul. I've approached several local contractors, and although only one visited the site, he never provided a scope of work just a renovation estimate. I also tried to hire an architect for a new layout plan, but that didn't work either. Based on your experiences, would you recommend contacting a general contractor or an architect for this project? As a newbie I'm eager to hear your insights, so please feel free to share your thoughts.
