Hey all - 

I just wanted to make my intro post.  I just registered to BP, am a new investor in the Austin area.  I'm not sure how it works around here but I am looking to get into contact with some wholesalers if they have any deals available.  I have some capital to work with.  I prefer to start small and work my way up and learn the ropes.  BP seems like a great community and I hope I can contribute in the future.  

I'm relatively new to the industry as well. I just got my license a month ago and have been browsing MLS for deals but nothing to be had. I'm in the middle of setting up my direct mail marketing for specific areas around Austin that I like. I may lack in experience but I have some capital to invest which is why getting to know as many wholesalers around the area is important to me. I'm actually going to make my first intro post and hope to gain more contacts. Cheers!

I just registered BP recently as well (this is my first post!).  I do flips around Austin so if you are wholesaling and have any deals, please feel free to contact me!
