Hello BP!

I'm an experienced Investor moving back to the DFW area looking to purchase a residential multifamily property.  Has anyone out there worked with a residential agent who understands investment properties they'd recommend?

Thank you very much

Post: Property Manager Doesn't Provide 1099 to Owners

My property management company (in a very small town) has informed me they do not provide 1099's to owners for tax filing purposes.  They do however provide a cash flow report.

Are they required to issue me a 1099?

If not, do I need to create my own 1099 using the cash flow report?

Thanks!
