I only have 8,000 in the bank, and I’m not sure if that’s enough to get me anywhere. I dropped out of college a few weeks ago. I’m trying to get into an apprenticeship to become an electrician so I can get some money under my belt. Is there anyone near the monterey, carmel, San Jose, salinas area that is willing to mentor me?

@Alexander Felice thanks for this response. Most helpful one yet.

I don’t have the thousands of dollars needed for a down payment on a home, and I’m wondering if there is anyways I can get a multi family home in Los Angeles, San Jose, Oakland. Or any big city in California without a down payment. If it’s possible I’m planning on living in the garage or something and renting out every single room on Airbnb. How can I make this happen?

Has anyone already read the book? and if so can I borrow it?
That's awesome. What insurance company did you work for? Because I'm looking for a job in selling insurance as well so I can save up as much money as I can. I'm also 18 and hoping to be as successful as you one day. 100k is a lot of money so help me get a job there? Point me in the right direction please thanks.

I need to get my real estate agent license so I can learn some more about real estate investing, and so I can save up money to purchase my first deal. Does anyone know any legit websites to get my real estate agent license? I found one called Allied but the guy on the phone seemed very desperate to sell me the program when I told him to give me time to do a little research. My last question is, is a real estate broker the same thing as a real estate salesperson? If not which one should I get my license for?

I want to get my real estate license, I'm 18 so I can become more familiar with real estate before I jump into real estate investing. Is a real estate broker and real estate salesperson the same thing? if not which one should I become in order to be a more successful real estate investor? Do any of you know what website I should use to get my real estate license?
