Good evening everyone,

I am fairly new to the commercial real estate and began mid-2020 by educating myself via various channels (books, podcasts, YouTube videos..etc).

I am in the Dallas Forth Worth area and I have began the first steps in building processes around my property evaluation criteria, due diligence check lists, and working on establishing relationships with local brokers and lender ( this one is still very early on ).

I have a few questions around this topic that I would love some guidance on:

1- Any book suggestions around commercial real estate (specifically multi-family investing? )

2- Does anyone know of an online template process that allows you to properly and objectively evaluate a property? (kind of like a prioritization matrix)

3- Does anyone know of a good online in-depth due diligence checklist that I can refer back to and cross reference with what I have?

Thank you :)
