@Andrew Kougl

Thanks for the advice

So I don't need to show a higher income right?

@Dan Travieso

Thanks for the advice.

Well, when he said I'm maxed out, he meant as an income wise. My dept ratio is high and I have to show more income in order to be qualified for the next rental property.

Is that make sense?

@Andrew Postell

Thanks for the advice.

I think that was misunderstanding cause I've told that I'm maxed out as an income wise.

It means based on my depth ratio, I have to report more income in order to get qualified for more properties.

Is that make sense?

Hi.

I've told from my lender that I already maxed out and won't be able to buy more property unless report more income for 2020.

Question; is there any other way besides of reporting more income,to get approved for another rental property?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi.

I'm purchasing my third rental property in forny tx.

Any Idea about should I still keep buying single family in forny or is there any better neighborhood for rental property in regards of cash flow and appreciation?

I'm trying to chose brand new rental property either in forny tx or princeton tx.

Wich one has a better potential on appreciation and cash on cash.
