seems like a reputable turnkey company with a good inhouse property management is a must.

you guys allowed to recommend such companies in this forum? or a website where i can review such companies?

another question, what are the advantages/ disadvantages of out of state investing? anyone has experience with this?

As always thanks for your response.

thanks a lot Ali, John and Mike for your response.

I have been in contact with one turnkey company off and on for a year now and still can't shake off my hesitance to jump.

Im thinking of forming an LLC first before investing. is it easy to form ?and would one recommend to form where one is investing?

i will look at your information guys and proceed from there. i guess i have my work cut out for me.

thanks Jill for the welcome.  being a newcomer here, where would you suggest i start? i am interested in investing small multifamily unit .I am not necessarily restricting myself to my home state. do you think managing a rental property out of state is cumbersome? do you have any experience in this regard?
