Looking for investor friendly realtors/brokers/wholesalers/developers to work with our Family Office in San Diego. Our primary business is in Healthcare, but we buy 1-3 properties per year consistently and have 1031's going actively.

We are looking mostly for value-add and infill development opportunities, between 1-5m usd, but will go out of scope for a great deal.

We currently have 3 infill projects under construction in SD and are looking forward to sourcing our next deal and networking locally.
