Looking for feedback!

As property managers, what challenges are you facing with HVAC systems? I see a few key issues in the industry that need addressing:

• Shortage of skilled technicians

• Overabundance of undertrained techs

• Lack of diagnostic automation for accurate resolutions

• Supply chain constraints and skyrocketing AC system costs

• Premature system failures

One of the biggest pain-points I see is the general perception that AC systems are disposable after 8 years. However, these systems are actually designed to last up to 20 years with proper diagnostics and proactive re-alignment.
