I"ve always wondered why very few Investors are jumping in that market being as inexpensive as it is and being such a vast inventory up for grabs.. Hello BP,

Lately we are seeing an increase of Foreclosure & Pre- Foreclosure Properties going in the market. My wife & I are having this conversation as we get ready to take advantage of this market cycle- Our dilemma is what is best to do the approach during Pre- Foreclosure or wait until after a property has been Foreclosed? Can you kindly share your experience?

@Jesse Daconta Thank you Jesse! I purchased this property with Owner Finance. The Seller holds the Note in which I will start paying a year from now. I did check my bank & they would not do a Heloc.. Best!
