Hello Dan,

thank you for the advice I plan on living in it for a year as a secondary residence. Once work is over rent it out and move back to California. but I don’t want to make a costly decision if I can’t cash flow the home , but I am thinking long term rental and hold on to the house to build up equity.

Hello, new to bigger pockets

I am currently living in California and own an home in San Diego county and will be relocating to great fall MT  for work for over a year. I have a family of 4 should I invest in a single family residence?! Or should I rent and just waste my  money paying someone’s else’s mortgage.  Any advice would be very helpful

Very respectfully
