There is an Army post just outside of Sharm and I was there during the revolution. It did get intense, as I'm sure it still is.

does anyone use zipbooks? Pros and cons to it?  There is a free version and then a monthly subscription for $15.  It's cloud based so you can login from anywhere at any time.  It even has "guest" login options for partners/spouses/employees.

"REO Occupied - the seller does not represent or guarantee occupancy status. NO VIEWINGS of this property. Please DO NOT DISTURB the occupant. "As is" cash only sale with no contingencies or inspections. Buyer will be responsible for obtaining possession of the property upon closing."

This is the description of a property that I am interested in. I am a newbie in REI and would like clarification on the bold portion. How would one go about obtaining possession? The numbers work even if it's a total rehab.

Thank you
