Hello Delano, my name is Alfred, I've been wholesaling since October 2018. Not where I want to be, but I'm getting there. Since you are looking for buyers I suggest joining as many networking sites as possible, Facebook, Instagram, and an app called meetup and focus on any groups involved in real estate, especially in your areas of interest.

Ok for example, the ARV on a house is $25000, not yet knowing repair estimates would it be worth the time . If not, what min ARV would be worth the time?

Welcome Brandon, I'm Al. I'm a real estate veteran of 3 months (lol), I'm focusing on wholesaling though. I also work for the big 3. Good luck with everything.

I've been wholesaling since October. Plenty of marketing, but I haven't closed any deals yet, so no income yet just expenses. So how should I file my taxes, CPA or diy (turbo tax, HR Block)?

For me it's propstream, if you don't mind a monthly subscription fee.
