Does anyone here familiar with a software tool FLIPSTER by Jerry Norton? It provides a Rehab calculator, assignment forms for wholesaling, it also provide leads, cash buyer and sellers list and much more.

@Charles yes please do. @Fairbourn  thanks for the feedback. I will to have to find a private money lender to fund my project. Thanks again

Thank u guys for all the useful information and great advice.

Thank you Mike. Trying to do my due diligence, i spoke with the director today and he told me I needed $3500 for enrollment in there system. They are willing to fund 100% of the deal with a 15% Interest rate and 5.5 points also u don't have to pay any installment on the loan until 5 months.. Sounds too good to be true. That's there website DoHardMoney.com

Hi

My name is Alfred first year realtor from Philadelphia and also a new comer to BP. I am thinking about buying and selling real estate in the Philly area. I was wondering if Hard Money borrowing was the way to go acquiring my first property? … I also wanted to know if anyone on here heard of a company from Utah that goes by the name DoHardMoney?
