I am currently wanting to shop around and see if there are other Builders Risk insurance companies for investors. Which ones are you guys using and the ease and pricing you guys are getting for vacant properties?

Where do investors in Florida get flood insurance for their investments? 

I know that flood insurance is hard to obtain as a home owner anyway but I don't have any good contacts for investment properties to get insured. There must be a way but a lot of insurance companies I talk to tend to not do investments. 

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I’ve asked state farm and they don’t provide builders risk unless it’s an owner occupied property from what I’ve been told with my agent.

My partner and I have a property and we are coming to the end of of our expiration of 6 months. The property is already listed and on the market but might not make it to the closing table 

I know it’s not common but do some hard money lenders sometimes buy out the other hard money lenders to give the person more time to sell? 

Current HML isn't the greatest and is only offering 1 month extension at most.

I have an investment property that we are looking at getting a Heloc on. I know that many banks don’t lend helocs on investment properties but there are some out there. 

Has anyone had any luck and if so where and what banks? And how long was the process? What did that process look like? And what kind of terms?
