Hi my dear BP community, I am new to REI and going to purchase a turnkey. I want to ask if the seller usually pay part of the closing cost. My current contract asks the buyer to pay all closing cost, but my lender mentioned a lot of time seller will pay half of the closing cost. I am new to REI and this will be my first REI purchase. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

@Larry Fried I was thinking to contact my local lenders before. However, now I am interested in turnkey, I will wait until I talk to the turnkey providers. Thank you for your feedback, that is very helpful, Larry.  

Thank you very much for all your input and feedback. That definitely gave me an idea on where I am when dealing with a turnkey provider. Can I also ask when doing financing, do you all typically working with local lenders in your area?
