I have never heard of "Harcourts Auctions" until I saw a home listed for sale on Zillow by them. I'm seeking any input from people who know the difference between buying/selling homes directly with realtors/by owners vs. this company. Thank you!

@Michael Borger it would be great for us to meet at the next San Diegan BP network event. My husband and I were at the Ballast Point event last Friday. We love chatting about Hawaii and investing.
