Hi @Jeff Kehl     I'm looking for the Property Management Contract.   Nevertheless, both examples would be great.  I'm not looking to copy a contract for my own use.   Just merely looking for examples of real-life scenario(s) for knowledge purposes. When a contract needs to be drawn up and attorney will be involved.  I'll definitely reach when necessary.  thanks so much.
