My cleaners are willing to do it on days that they are there cleaning but trash pick up is Friday mornings. So far in the months it’s been running the cleaners have never been there on a Thursday or Friday or even a Wednesday.

Hi I own an STR in Charlotte NC. Looking for a trash service that will pull out the bins and put them back either weekly or monthly. Anyone know of a company providing this service. My cleaners do not want to handle this.

Hi! New here. About to close on my first STR in Charlotte North Carolina. Having a hard time finding an insurance company that will give me a homeowners insurance policy on an STR. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
