I was just wondering if anyone could recommend a structural engineer they've worked with in the past located in the Boston and Northshore areas.

I recently purchased a multifamily -- and I am looking to bring is some additional income by renting out the 2-bay garage on the property.  Does anyone have any experience renting out residential garages by chance?

I'd love to hear more about your experience, lessons learned, and especially learn more about the lease you use.

Hey all,

My husband and I just purchased our first buy and hold property in Peabody, MA.  Things are going well, we've starting to make some of those essential repairs to the units.  However, there is a 2 bay garage on the property that we're looking to rent out as well for additional income.

So I am wondering....

1. Can anyone recommend someone who supplies and installs garage doors at a great price in the Peabody area?
2. Does anyone have experience renting out garages for storage purposes?  I'd love to hear about your contract specifics, logistics, etc.

Also, can anyone recommend a good cleaning service?  I'd like to establish a relationship with a company to use between any turnover and after our rehab.

My husband and I are about to launch a big direct mail campaign to dig up some leads. Before we send everything to the printer we'd love some honest feedback on the postcard I designed.
