Welcome to BP.   I live in the Atlanta Ga area  however I have 3 buy and holds in New Orleans and surrounding areas.  I am originally from New Orleans, my mom is currently and has been a Real Estate broker there the past 30 years.

Edgewood Realty Group offers this service the operate in Fayetteville Ga.   I'm not sure of the particulars, but feel free to investigate and inquire.

Hi

You are NOT paranoid.   I own 6 houses here in Atlanta.   The exact same thing has happened to me and I live here in a neighboring county.  The house had been on the market for 4 months then all of a sudden after I spoke to an agent it is listed as under contract.    I had proof of funds and was prepared to close in 7-14 days.
