How long do you wait to refinance?

Recently purchased a fixer upper for $20K - 60 days later it’s now rehabbed and rented out at $700 a month

Would you refinance now or wait a few more months?

Also would you refinance in the Same state as the property or would you refinance with your current bank that is in your primary state?

Hello all and happy Sunday,

I am 25 and own 2 rental properties - 1 in CA and 1 in OH - currently in the medical supply chain field

I’ve always been fascinated by Commercial real estate and have been contemplating on a career change

What are some entry level jobs in the CRE field?

And for the commercial real estate agents out there, what are some steps that you took to ensure your success in the field?

Do you enjoy working in commercial real estate?

Hello all

I wired funds to a title company for my first out of state investment

It’s been about 24 days and I still haven’t heard anything from the title company

I verified all the numbers were correct, and verified the legitimacy of the title company multiple times

Does it usually take this long?

Closing my recent property in California took around 7 days

Thank you all

@Mark Valderrama

$100K cash is a solid amount to invest with. Out of state turnkeys, fixer uppers, local credit union loans, etc

Hello BP community

Redfin gave me a cash offer for one of my properties in Northern California.

It looks extremely attractive since I was already thinking about selling and buying out of state

Has anyone sold with Redfin before? Or have went through with a cash offer from Redfin? How was the experience?

Thank you!

@Aris Alexiou 50/50 to means that you would add up ALL costs and cut it down the middle. So maybe you buy the land and some materials and he spends on labor and other half of materials

Just my opinion
