We are hosting an onsite meet up in Arlington Friday Jan 19th 12noon-1pm

I'm a posting newbie! I've been blessed to be an experienced investor (flipped 30 + homes and currently own 15 units). 

I understand that you are only as strong as your community and will only grow as large as your pond/lake/ocean. 

I consider this community to be an OCEAN.

My goals for 2018: Building value for those around me, flip 10 properties and get to $18k monthly positive cash flow.  

What are your 2018 goals?

Excited to finally take the time to do this. I've been buying/flipping and buying/holding in Northern VA for the past 10 yrs. I've learned a ton, make some good money and made good connections. The next step in my evolution will be multi families.

My new goal = 200 units  

Timeframe by 2020
