I'm currently looking for someone that would be willing to mentor myself and another investor.  I currently have one investment property.  I'm willing to perform some  property maintenance work in exchange. I was maintenance technician and worked in construction for many years.  I was looking at buying 30 to 40k properties.  I'm looking less at appreciation of the total value but more on the total cash flow of the properties.  I would just like to find someone that is willing to help show me the way.
