@Mario Rodriguez

I am a Realtor and Real Estate Investor myself! Message me if you want to grab a coffee sometime. More than happy to see what we can do to help each other out! And I’m down for investor meet ups also if want to coordinate!

I actually am an investor who recently got his real estate license. I believe it is beneficial because it has opened a new world of networking to me. My broker has access to multiple high quality business professionals for my personal investment activities (Lenders/contractors/title companies, etc.) In addition you can help other investors find properties which can further expand your network and have the potential for private money once they trust you which of course grows your business. You can work for a brokerage that gives no support and pay minimal fees if you choose or go with someone a little more established. From what I have seen so far and after consulting many agents who have been in the business for decades it never hurts and opens new doors. It is all about perspective and how creative you want to get to grow your investment business. And worst case you can always just put it inactive if you find it is not a good fit.

Sincerely,

Allen Williams

Thank you all for the warm welcome. I have found BP super helpful and the network of people has impressed me the most. If there is anything I can do to help assist as well please let me know. If anyone wants to connect via phone just give me a shout or send me a message.

Good Morning everyone,

I currently work in the financial world and am in the process of getting into the world of real estate investing. My wife and I just moved from Atlanta and I am hoping to start building connections with other investors and real estate professionals in Jacksonville with a similiar mindset and goals. Please respond if this is of interest to anyone.

Sincerely,

Allen Williams
