Yes! Thank you, I’ve looked through the website but I know there are other cities in Texas that have a process for permit approval but it’s impossible to get a new permit approved. So was wondering if anyone knew if Pearland was similar or if the city will actually approve new permits.

Can anyone speak to the STR Permit approval process for the City of Pearland, TX? Is the city approving new STR permits and if so how difficult is it to get them approved. Any insight is appreciated. Thanks!
